I recommend that you wear socks and a good pair of cross trainers so your ankles and feet are protected.  A few people recommend going barefoot but I personally don't feel comfortable working out that way. Ladies, you'll also need a good sports bra and you'll figure this out quickly once you start bouncing on the rebounder.

Some rebounders fold, some have a balance bar and some are your basic run of the mill rebounder trampolines that have no extra special additions but are still just as good in my opinion. There are also rebounder/mini trampoline workout DVD's and books but are sometimes hard to find. I have the Keep On Rebounding DVD and it works for me although I am in the market to buy more.
