Leslie Sansone's Walk Away the Pounds
in-home workouts
These workouts are one of my favorites! I really
like all the different moves that Leslie has you do and
they produce results. The moves are simple: walking in
place, side steps, kicks, and knee lifts. Yep, that's it,
very simple and easy on your body. I love the in home
walking concept because I can do it year round. Leslie
adds variety by using boosters: items like ab belts,
stretchy bands, hand weights, etc. I always feel great
after her workouts.
The Walk Away the Pounds workouts are
motivational, most have great music and I like that she
has a variety of people that join her in each workout.
People of all ages use her system. I started back in Aug.
05 doing her 1 and 2 mile walks and I am now up to her
four-mile walks. She even has a five-mile walk. One of my
favorites is her Walk & Kick (which incorporates kick
boxing moves) and I had never done kick boxing before but
it's one of my favorite things to do now. The new
Walk Slim system has quickly become top on my list of
favorites.
