The Biggest Loser
This workout is so much fun! It’s a lot of
hard work but a good workout. I like this workout because
the actual contestants from the show are training you
plus the trainer Bob Harper is a lot of fun. He was a big
motivator on the show and also in the workout. He talks
to YOU in these workouts and I love that part. This
workout has a variety of different programs to choose
from so you can basically build your own workout.
Definitely makes me sweat.
